How do I get the eBooks after paying?+
Right after a successful payment you'll see your eBooks in PDF format on the My eBooks page, ready to download.
Can I download my eBooks again later?+
Yes. Log in with your email and password any time and download them from My eBooks. You can stay logged in on one device at a time: logging in on a new device logs out the old one.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Click "Forgot password?" on the Log in page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password. If you signed up before passwords were added, your password is the mobile number you signed up with until you set a new one.
What's the difference between a subject and the bundle?+
A subject gives you that subject's eBook. Each subject has 15 sample papers for practice. The bundle gives you every subject in your class: 5 eBooks with 75 sample papers for Class 10, and 6 eBooks with 90 sample papers for Class 12 Science.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
UPI, debit/credit cards and netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Can I share my eBooks or account?+
No. eBooks are for the buyer's personal use only, and copying, sharing or reselling them is illegal under the Copyright Act, 1957. Every eBook is stamped with the buyer's name and email, and an account works on one device at a time.
Can I get a refund?+
Because eBooks are delivered instantly, sales are generally final — but if a file is damaged, wrong or you were charged twice, we'll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
